The Massachusetts High Technology Council is pleased to welcome Council member Gloria Cordes Larson, President of Bentley University, for a roundtable discussion with members on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Council’s offices in Waltham.

Larson was drawn to Bentley because of its approach to redefining business education -- by infusing a business curriculum with the arts and sciences. During Larson’s tenure, the former Bentley College became a university and established a number of new programs focused on the value of a business education. In addition to Bentley’s 11-month MBA program, Larson also launched the Center for Women and Business (CWB) at Bentley in 2011. The CWB is focused on advancing shared leadership among women and men in the corporate world and developing women business leaders. Click here to review Gloria’s complete biography.

Gloria will focus on Bentley’s CWB and its launch of The Corporate Challenge—Getting to More. The Corporate Challenge encourages and invites companies to formally commit to supporting and advancing women leaders. Challenge companies will participate in sharing best-practices, workshops, and networking opportunities provided by CWB and its strategic partners. Due to limited seating and to facilitate discussion, kindly register at your earliest convenience.
